Desperation dvd review

RJ completely nails what's wrong with Desperation in his review- although I do think the book is better than he gives credit.

It's not a valley, it's definitely not a peak... it's somewhere on a gently sloping hill, I think.... it was fun enough. Didn't really get any enjoyment out of this movie besides Ron Pearlman, though.

I haven't seen the movie, but the book was only so-so... Its unofficial companion, The Regulators, is shitloads better and is in my opinion way more suited to adaptation.
