Steve Irwin's daughter, 8, gets own wildlife show

Best part: "Some people think that I would be afraid of them, but I'm never ever afraid of an animal," Bindi said in an interview Monday on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's "Australian Story."
"I just get excited and some that are dangerous I just think, 'Oooh! What's going to happen?' and things like that."

Best part: The man who vowed to eat Lennox Lewis' children and bit off a piece of Evander Holyfield's ear has said he's in no mood for a comeback.

Did you read the part about how this is part of his nation-wide tour? Apparently Iron Mike is going to travel the country beating up women for charity.

This is why we are the greatest nation on earth.

They played a clip where she was talking about some bird and Steve tries to imitate the sound, and she's like "yeah, dad, thanks for that." Funny stuff. Tyson though should be shot out of a cannon.

I just find it funny that she apparently made this comment:

after one of these creatures stabbed her dad through the heart with its barbed stinger.

The idea of an 8 year old girl as the next Croc Hunter is ridiculous enough to get a chuckle out of me. That she would want to do it after Daddy was killed on the job just seems insane. This leads me to conjecture that there are people forcing this child to work with wild animals a few weeks after her father was killed by one so they can film and profit from it. Which is so deliciously evil that I just have to cackle malevolently at the very thought.

Of course, it is possible that 8 year old Australian girls have bigger balls than any three full grown American men, but that's pretty funny in its own right.

If I ran TV, the new reality show would have the surviving Irwins training wild animals to fight Mike Tyson. At first there would be a fight schedule at the end of each episode, but around sweeps I'd free them up to sic the beasts on him without warning, any time of day or night.
