Does anyone know if the 1992-1997 X-Men animated series is ever going to come to DVD? Does anyone even care? I love the show and just wish there was a way to see all of the episodes seeing as how i missed well over 95% of them. Yes, i know, its sad.

I still get goosebumps watching my old VHS's, when Wolverine snaps Sabretooth's life support and growls, "Don't ever wake up." Ocassionally a shit show, but oh, those moments!

There was a disc a few years back that was released with a handful of episodes, basically the ones centering around Wolverine. I'm sure it's still available on Amazon or similar sites.

That site has a decent amount of episodes. Best thing about the show is still it's fucking awesome theme song.

I don't think it will ever come out, apparently there is a bunch of legal mombo jumbo going on between 20th century fox and the original animation studio (Bandai I think). But you can find the whole series on Ebay.

How could it POSSIBLY compete with this, though?

Let's be honest, here.

I agree, Storm's speeches everytime she went to use her powers annoyed the hell out of me.

A great animated show from my childhood. I have all of the vhs releases. Actual season sets would be great. I liked how it pretty much followed the comics. Much like the Spider-Man cartoon.

So, I found this thread with the search because I dug up the old Creator's Choice VHS tapes from Pizza Hut. After what must have been a super-cool phase where I had ruled out this show being any good, I was pleased that I really enjoyed it and found that a lot of it actually held up! Am I insane? And when will we ever get these DVD's, because you KNOW they'll sell this crazy.

I got the whole series off ebay a few years back. Has satiated me for a while but I would love to get it crisp and clean.
