I wasn't expecting much from the film but I really enjoyed the movie. It certainly isn't a classic, it's not even really a proper slasher movie but more akin to Final Destination in that it is a glorified snufffest. Very little attempt is made to build tension instead deaths are set up and shot in such a way that they become the centrepiece of the film. It's also a charmingly silly movie, it never really takes itself too seriously and even handles the gore in a way which is utterly tongue in cheek.
If you're looking for some surprisingly fesitve eye gouing, icicle impaling, rolling pin beating, and inflamation you might be pleasantly surprised.
