I think a bass player is sorely needed. Some decent bass lines would add a lot more oomph to your tracks.

Second, I'm not a fan of the Gavin Rossdale school of vocals. Your vocalist needs to stop singing from the throat and stop deliberately misconstruing the pronounciation of words to fit into that mold. No offense, but it makes your band sound disingenuous.
