I was walking down the street and they were handing out free tickets for this. Hope I didn't miss much - although I am loathe to admit, I enjoyed a few seconds of Alone in the Dark.

Having seen this at Fantasia, trust me, it's crap. The Wired review is quite spot on. Starts funny, then it's offensive crap just for the sake of it. It's the best Boll yet (much much better than Dungeon Siege). That's still mean it's bad.

And Dave Foley naked is something you never really want to see.

Yeah, I ALSO played it from beginning to end, and the started a new week with UPGRADES!!

I then realised I could get through the whole game just using my NAPALM PISS and decided to stop.

I'd like to say it was fun, but it's really a substandard FPS with shock tactics, sub-standard humour and dying to be banned in as many places as possible.

Whatever happened to the 'add-on'? 'Cause that seemed to be taking certain FPS games and sticking them in the 'Postal' universe, and appeared more 'fun' in the videos I watched.
I think it was called 'Apocolypse Weekend' or something similar.

And yeah, Martin Savage pretty much sums it up. Full review coming tomorrow, if my eyes still work after being exposed to copious amounts of Foley-shaft.

I've never seen a Uew Boll film. I honestly don't know whether I'm better off for that or if I should experience one, just one. I feel like I'm missing out on something.

BTW - just caught that first scene. Wow. "He can't guarantee more than 20."

It's insane how fast everything falls apart right after. I find that scene hysterical, too. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that someone else wrote and directed it.

Can't even remember.... it felt like it lasted forever, and the long Q&A after the film didn't help. Definitely wasn't the 2 hour and 10 minute long cut that IMDB says the director's cut is, though.

Also, funny tidbit I just found out- the Cowboy from The Village People was at the screening. A friend of mine nudged me and said that it was him during the night, but I just laughed and thought nothing of it. My friend googled him a few days after and sure enough, it was the guy. I'm not sure I want to know why he recognized him, though.
