You're completely correct, Mattimus. Perhaps if i spent the better part of five hours a night reading and posting messages on boards I would have noticed that someone had already referenced it. But, since I simply decided to share something that I thought was funny, without regarding it as a "contest" to see who beats who to the punch, I guess I'm SOL.

Oh, and you got me. CARLfromJERSEY IS a reference to ATHF......I'm thoroughly impressed that you picked up on that. I obviously have everyone else fooled, seeing as how no one else has successfully pointed that out.

To be honest I was just asking. It could have been entirely possible that your name was indeed Carl and you happened to reside in New Jersey. Perhaps I misunderstood you, and if so, I apologize. Normally, when someone follows a legitimate question with something like, I dunno, "good for you," it may come off as insulting.

Oh, and Brendan, I'm just curious: what exactly is the Canadian Arthritis Society's position on terms like 'cum guzzler?' You know if you really wanna get that donation talley up, I could throw a few ideas at you involving middle-aged men and black leather, and you may even make a few friends in the process.

You're absolutely right, I'm done. I hope you all take a good look at exactly what happened here, though. Yes I posted a lame joke that had already been alluded to by someone else, big deal right. What isn't cool is the insults and berating that followed. If someone mentions something that's already been mentioned, let them know and leave it at that, rather than going all ape-shit like someone just took a dump on the front steps of the Vatican.

With regard to what I said about Brendan; yeah, it was out of line. But when you ask people to fork over their hard-earned dough for your cause, while simultaneously trollling message boards and calling people "Cum guzzlers,' you're bringing your 'real life' and all the civilized things you do in it right in line with the stupid, belligerent shit you log on to engage in everyday, the things you can't get away with in your 'real life.'
