who else is so psyched for this. i cant wait till the damn date is announced! i heard that cbs sportline will be the only spot streaming it live so that site is already bookmarked. cannot wait.

I am up for it. Then again I love watching surf docs.

CBS huh? Interesting. I would expect Surfline or Fuel to have it, but not CBS.

i know, i looked on both spots as well and then googled -- apparently the only place online to watch (im on the EC, so the interweb is my only chance) is sportsline. The official mavericks page will take you there as well.

the cool thing is that you can sign up for an email or text alert though. Better than relying on checking the page each day or worse, relying on my WC friends to send me a link!

shite. there is a chance the contest will not be held now because of the small surf. crap. it may also be extended. interested peeps keep your fingers crossed, it would be really really shitty if there was no contest this year:
