I saw this online yesterday. A little documentary video about the life so far of the PS3. I found it pretty funny and well made.

Cool little video. It made me chuckle a couple of times.

I myself ended up buying a Xbox 360 two days before the PS3 came out. I was originally all intent to get the PS3. I actually took the next day off work so I could go to Best Buy the night before it came out and camp out to get it. Then on that Monday before it came out I saw people were already camped out to buy it and said screw it.

At first I was a little disappointed that I got the 360, but now I'm pretty pleased in my purchase. Games like Gears of War and Lost Planet have been a lot of fun to play. Plus, the add on HD DVD player works great for me (part of my initial disappointment was that I wouldn't have the Blu-Ray player).

Does anyone else think that it's a little weird that Sony's big new title, God of War 2, isn't premiering on the PS3?

Maybe it's because it was made for the PS2....?


ETA: I think it's great to see developers push the hardware of last-gen systems to the limit instead of making a bit more of a mediocre effort with architecture they are unfamiliar with.

Plus, they're guaranteed a ton of sales, as there are plenty of PS2 owners who enjoyed the first one (as has been discussed plenty in the GoW2 thread.

That's God Of War 3's job anyway, at least according to David Jaffe.

I thought the video was good, but Wow, I thought no one could be more tone deaf than me. Though the off key singing did fit the subject matter.
