Check out the film we did last spring at our school:

How does it flow if you don't understand the language?

It looks really good, Murdoch, congrats. How do you get it to flow so well on youtube? How are you compressing it? I've been struggling with quicktime for weeks now and I can't get my project to not look like shit.

Yours is cut well; I get it just fine without knowing the language.

Thanks for the kind words. I used a freeware program called VirtualDub to compress the video. With VirtualDub you can convert your clip to match Youtube's recommended preferences:

MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
320x240 resolution
MP3 audio
30 frames per second

I hope that helps you. VirtualDub can't open quicktime-files so you have to convert your quicktime clips to avi-files first.
