It might not lead to negligent homicide, but I think it should be used as a mitigating factor in his small quantity coke possession charge.

It doesn't matter what your name is, adding a middle initial does not qualify as an alias.

Also, he got 1-2 years for negligent homicide and 4-20 years for drug distribution. That just goes to show where the state's priorities are.
