Only a few Days away from it kicking off. I know I'm excited. most of the Proper teams are looking very even. should be an interesting one.

I agree, it looks like a very open tournament. Nobody will feel entirely comfortable playing anyone else, even the minnows, although I still think that Australia (once again!) will be the team to beat. I fancied the Black Caps in the run up, but without Shane Bond you look a bit shaky. Then again, all the main teams look good and beatable in equal measure.

On a more personal note, damn I wish I was there!

Well The Blackcaps are off to a good start, Pretty streaky start to our innings though.

I suppose th other big news was Gibbs's getting his 6 6's, but after seeing the replay That bowling was god awful, you'd expect dirty half trackers like that to dissapear.

Heart-wrenching last ball loss for England against Sri Lanka. Going to be tough for England to advance to the semis. They must upset the Aussies to have a chance.

While it'd be an upset, it's not impossible. You've beaten them before, and it seems like the aussies have gotten cocky again.

I'm just stoked at how well the Blackcaps are doing. Please let this be our year.

I think The cups starting to get out of the shadow of the Bob Woolmer murder, finally.
