Oh I can't wait. In previous GTAs my favorite pastime was slaughtering pedestrians and blowing up cars until the cops brought me down. In real life, I'm not at all a violent and/or aggressive person, but there it is.
And the video game industry is far from fucked. In recent months, as the U.S. economy has continued its slow spiral down the toilet, the VG world has been one of the few bright spots. This is an industry that rakes in millions. No one is going to shut down retail coin like that, not when our economy most needs it. There will be the usual chorus of whiny parents (and let's agree with them on this point: children should not be playing GTA) but the game and the industry will continue to thrive uninterrupted. There's too much $$ to be made.
