Religious Movie

It’s amazing how film has the power to have an emotion impact on you. Usually im a bit of a cynic so I enjoy comedy much more than any drama or biopic, but another intern at umg convinced me to watch it and im glad they did. I knew that Pope John Paul II lead an interesting life but I didn’t know how amazing it was. John Voight plays the Pope with an empathy and skill that could only come from a really seasoned actor. I was hoping this was going to be the thread for a newly announced "spoof" movie of such great religious movies as Passion of the Christ, the Nativity Story, or What About Bob? by the creators of Scary Movie 4.

That's exactly what I was hoping. I would actually consider seeing a spoof called "Religious Movie." I wouldn't actually see it, mind you, but I'd consider seeing it.

I thought the Left Behind films were parodies of those wacky Christian films.
