Sergio Grieco's
Beast With A Gun starring Helmut Berger as an unlikely tough guy and psycho killer, named Nanni Vitalli, who repeatedly reminds people that he's a psycho killer who likes to kill; it's like he has Tourette's or something: "Haven't you heard of me, Nanni Vitalli, I'm the Mad Dog Killer, I like to kill!" Oh, and he rapes Marisa Mell, convinces himself that she liked it and that's she's into him and then decides to let her in on this big heist that he's got planned. So, yeah, Nanni Vitalli, not the brightest guy in the world.
Sergio Martino's
Violent Professionals, with a way too skinny Luc Merenda in Dirty Harry mode. Cool car chases, a little girl gets shot, so that's always fun (off camera though). Antonio "The Sleaziest Looking Italian Ever" Casale makes an appearance (automatic 5 points).
Umberto Lenzi's
Syndicate Sadists with Tomas Milian as a "bad ass" drifter type named Rambo, who looks like the scrubbiest junkie you've ever seen. Absurd and almost totally nonsensical, but fun in its way. Antonio "The Sleaziest Looking Italian Ever" Casale makes an appearance (automatic 5 points, again).
Emergency Squad, Milian again, beautifully shot but leisurely paced, maybe even more of an acquired taste than any of the film's I'm mentioning here.
The Cynic, The Rat and The Fist starring Maurizio Merli, John Saxon and Tomas Milian (the latter two as the film's heavies). The latter two actors deliver the film's most memorable performances, especially Milian showing himself to be a pretty well rounded thespian. Antonio "The Sleaziest Looking Italian Ever" Casale makes an appearance (automatic 5 points, yet again).
ROME ARMED TO THE TEETH (Assault With A Deadly Weapon). Maurizio Merli again, possibly the most entertaining out either of these recommendations. Psycho hunchback, douchebags were never more fun.
