Good to hear. I liked the singles I've heard so far so I can't wait to check this out. My personal fave Em album is The Eminem Show and I've been waiting for him to at least come back to that level.

Has anybody heard Ice Cube's new song, I Rep That West? Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESj2Bc0y2PY

I love Cube and still consider him one of the best rappers of all time, but I'm just not feeling this one.

Has anybody picked up/downloaded the Damian Marley/ Nas collaboration Distant Relatives? I've heard good things.

I haven't heard it either, Elvis but it sounds cool. I hope it's better than The Firm album. That was the collaboration Nas did back in the late 90's with Foxy Brown and Dr. Dre producing a few tracks.

Oh yeah, what a big disappointment that was!

I've been listening to Childish Gambino (Donald Glover) non-stop lately. Clever rhymes and a Weezy-lite delivery. Good stuff.

I couldn't agree more. It's amazing how talented he is.

Blackalicious have returned from a 9 year exile with a new album, Emoni, which'll be released in march. 2015's off to a good start.

That clip of Daniel Radcliff performing the ABCs probably had the record execs like "oh yeah, we have them signed." Great news though. Now I just need a reissue of Blazing Arrow

Anybody else been playing Vince Staples' Big Fish Theory at least once a day for the last 3 weeks? I probably should take a break before I wear it out but as of now, hearing it every day for 20+ days, I can still listen to it front to back and enjoy the heck out of it.

Who in hip hop does more entertaining interviews than Vince right now?

Run The Jewels?

No seriously, Run The Jewels 3 might be the only record I've been continually listening to since its release last year.

I enjoy most of Run The Jewels 3 too Ska, but what does that have to do with giving great interviews?

Stay on target ... stay on target ...

Awesome news - MF DOOM is releasing another project with Adult Swim titled "The Missing Notebook Rhymes". This is his first major project in 8 years. Adult Swim is posting one track a week until November. You can check out the music here.

Guess who won tickets on the radio yesterday to Vince Staples' January show in Auckland, New Zealand by being the first to call in when they played one of his songs.

I'll give you a clue: It was your old buddy Bucho.

Guess which song it was.

I'll give you another clue: It was 65 Hunnid
