What are some of the one-liners? I can't even imagine Cain spouting them trying to appear badass.

As for that stinging last sentence, real nice.

Note to Patrick: I don't actually hate the Killers. I quite enjoy their brand of infectious pop. I just know that the general consensus is that Sam's Town was kind of disappointing, and that headline on the paper just leant itself to the perfect joke, so I went with it.

Also, thanks for the praise, guys. Glad you enjoy the caps, Patrick, and I'm glad that line tickled your funnybone, DARKMITE.

Alex, I'll post some of the one-liners as soon as I can work up the gumption to watch this piece o' garbage a third time. You see what I do for you people?

That really IS love. I've never read any of the books I've reviewed twice. (Although I had to reread enough of the Glen Hirshberg stories it almost felt like I did; not that I didn't enjoy that one, mind you). And God help me, I never intend to. I love youse and all, but c'mon. . . .

Okay, it took me a while, but here are a couple nuggets of "comedy" straight from the mouth of Dean Cain:

Lt. Bobby Quinn (handing his toe tag to the mortician): "Here you go, Doc. Sell this thing on eBay or something. I'm not gonna need it."

Hieronymous Judson: "Hey why don't you use your little heat vision, you know. Make a nice little toasty fire so I can warm up?"
Lt. Bobby Quinn: "I don't have heat vision." (you see, it's funny, because Dean Cain played Superman, and Superman DOES have heat vision and...*sigh*)

Lt. Bobby Quinn (after Holly tells him why she thinks the remake of Dawn of the Dead sucks compared to the original): "You know, I'm really glad you're here. Your ability to dissect a film's merits in less than 500 words should prove useful in fighting these things."
