I could so see that line playing in a trailer right before you see the title of the movie - Not Armed & Dangerous. And this is further evidence of how lame the cops are in Florida...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the lawyer that's kept him on the streets must have cost him an arm & a leg.

This is really just another indictment of how easy it is to drive a car in America these days. He wouldn't get away with that shit in Europe.
