Every time I think of how wonderful it is that technology and the Internet have allowed anybody to exercise their creativity and easily distribute their work, I see something like that, and wish everybody would stop exercising their creativity and distributing their work.

There are just too many of these Lazyboy Internet comic strips out there (using static images, pre-existing drawings, photographs, action figures, etc). While some of them are clever, very few of them have actually made me laugh. People seem to think that now that you don't need drawing talent to make a comic strip, anybody can do it. But you still need writing talent, and of a very specific type.
