Alternative DVD commentaries

Anyone checked this out ? Personal commentaries done by fans. I was hoping a CHUD podcast might contain one of these some day but apparently there were some legal issues. Does this site - existed since 2002 - prove that it's ok ?
It would be cool to hear Nick, Steve and Justin and the rest of the podcast crew talk about a favourite CHUD movie while chewers watch it.

If these commentaries are done with PAL versions of the movies (which the site says they are), synching them with Region 1 DVDs is gonna be a bitch. I've had enough problems with Rifftrax.
