So was the arbitration brief a letter brief that somehow got cut and pasted into his brief? Or was this a monumental fucked up?

A monumental fuck up of unbelievable proportions. It was cut and pasted in, then a paralegal modified it into an arbitration brief (not knowing any better....somehow) and TWO!! attorneys signed off on it.

Wow, just wow. I can't even begin to imagine how that happens. Is he a big firm guy?
