28 Days Later Limited Edition?

Did this edition ever come out? I haven't heard anything else about this DVD and it's release date was suppose to be May 1st.
Granted, there's not much difference between this one and the first DVD but I was curious to see the “28 Days Later: The Aftermath” animated featurette that was added.

It never came out here. It was released in the UK but was pulled for some reason from it's US release. I can't find any information about the reason, though. They don't even mention it on the film's site.

I read that it's going to come out when 28 Weeks Later comes out on DVD.

I think this is the "animated" Aftermath thing.
