I've been seeing ads for this on the french website dvdrama.com.
They say they're anticipating some major censoring like Saw 3, which was given a 16+ rating in france.
They also say the gore and sickness in it is unmatched, and that Saw 3 is like a bad joke in comparison; interpret that as you like.
