He is selfish and time and time again fails his team in the clutch, wearing that lame-ass smile as he walks back to the dugout. Additionally, he's lost a step in the outfield and his throwing arm is considerably worse. I have no respect for a guy who doesn't listen to his coaches and teammates when what he's doing obviously isn't working. I also have no respect for someone who has already made over 100 million bucks as a ballplayer allowing Scott Boras to bend truth to his needs, loyalty and logic be damned.

That said, I hope he takes Andruw very far from here.

FUCKING-A!

Dropped his sorry ass from my team yesterday. He can be someone else's problem now.

Kevin Kennedy defending him yesterday on the Fox pregame made me want to jump through the tube and strangle him. Said he was still one of the premiere centerfielders in the game. Kennedy put Jose Fucking Canseco on the mound for Chrissakes. He shouldn't even be allowed to tear tickets for MLB.

As for Jones going to Arlington, hopefully they'll win the Torii Hunter sweepstakes. He already lives in the area. Jones should be sent down for a reality check, contract be damned.

I feel for you Nick, Houston has Biggio taking forever and a fucking day getting to 3000 hits, all while a more capable guy sits on the bench. I love Biggio for what he's done and meant to the team but hit 3000 and promptly retire ffs.

Exactly what we're hoping for. I even remember when Ron Washington was first on the market looking for a managerial position. Torii was quoted as saying he'd play anywhere Ron managed because he admired him so much.

I think the only thing that would be in the way is Tom Hicks' stranglehold on his wallet. But I can't blame him after that A-Rod disaster.

The Ticket is on AM 1310 and I rarely listen. Some of those guys' voices annoy the hell out of me. I've stuck with 103.3 ESPN.

Anyway, Andruw went 0-4 again. They should just go ahead and ARod him and bat him 8th.
