Yeah, but honestly who doesn't double dip these days?

It wasn't steroids that made the dude snap, it's this fucking ridiculous Georgia heat. I've lived down south my whole life, and these summer heat waves make me want to freak the fuck out. And this dude is from CANADA? Man, that putz never stood a chance down here.

The IMDb thread on Benoit makes me weep for humanity. I particularly like this little gem:

Come on. You don't know what was going inside their house, You don't know if his wife was pushing him around or anything. No, that's okay though..we'll love them and hate him in return.
Me, I just feel sorry for this guy.

Hahahahaha his star meter has plummeted 70 percent!
You know, it's a good point. We haven't given enough thought to whether or not it was a justified murder of his mentally challenged 7-year old son.

Runner-up for creepiness in that post: the presumption that he somehow knew Benoit.
How long before a video game company can produce a game with a full roster of dead wrestlers?
Wikipedia has Benoit's page locked (you can view it, but not edit it) till July 8th to prevent vandalism.

So I guess on July 9th? A free for all!

"Ezz this da hooouze of Chris Benwahhh?"

The gold is going to be when the crime scene pictures hit the net. It'll be like Easter for sick fucks!

Fixed.

The NBA almost had to release a statement because poor old Ben Wallace was getting so many angry letters for killing his family and himself.

I'm going to chalk this up to my being really tired after working late, but the first thing that I thought was, "Wow, he was a hairdresser on the side? Huh... guess you don't often see the softer side of 'roided out homicidal pro-wrestlers..."

His finishing move, which shared a moniker with his surname, was really something to behold.

They are. And he was billed as being from San Fransisco.

Ah, the '80s.

Funny enough, poor Ed Leslie (Brutus) ended up as a token clerk in a subway station. Sometime within two years or so of 9/11, he caused a huge incident at his station when someone found his cocaine and reported it as anthrax.

I read it on the Internet, so it must be true.
Was his wiki page updated 14 hours before he was busted?

Here we go. So it was three years later.

Just watched Bill DeMott and Debra(stone cold's ex wife) on FOXNews.....Yeah that was fun.....if they were aiming to set wrestling back 1200 years they nailed it.

I'm sure Vince told everyone in the company to keep quiet but i'm loving how they are digging out wrestlers that haven't even wrestle in years.....Marc Mero????? Steve Blackman????? Bill DeMott????....They weren't even that important when they were wrestling....I wonder how many interview requests Hogan has turned down this week.....The only this missing from all of this is a 45 minute incoherent rant from the Warrior.

I'd pay PPV prices to see Bill O'reilly interview Scott Steiner.

Feds have now raided the doctor's mother's house....I get the feeling that this story will get even more fucked up come next week.

In light of the Chris Benoit nightmare, I came across this piece on wrestling, no doubt wrestling fans have seen it before but it's still interesting, Roddy Piper is quite candid about his career and Vince comes off like a douche.

So this was a mix-up after all. He didn't mean to kill his son, just cripple him. I guess I owe ArmandoRodriguez@411wrestling a great big apology.

I think that kid learned a valuable lesson about not imitating wrestlers he sees on TV.
Can you imagine how much more awkward all of this would have been if Benoit's finishing move was the Bronco Buster?

Not quite. The kid's been doing a remarkably accurate Eddie Guerrero impression non-stop for almost a week.

Schwartz, you are fucked up.

Fucked up, man.

HAVE SOME GREEN!

I'd have thought the Stinkface would be the worst way to go.

Right on, mentally retarded children are a dangerous bunch. The kid probably flew into one of his dervish rages and Benoit was unable to stop him through conventional means. I mean you can tell them to stop, but all they hear is "who wants cake."

Seriously, you should see the kid. He's a veritable dead ringer for that dead ringer.

(Figured somebody else would've swung at this softball by now, but apparently everybody grew a sense of class while I wasn't looking.)

Oh. My. God. Tremendous. From the front page misspelling "unequivocal" to the COMPLETELY unsubstantiated "Double Homicide-Suicide or TRIPLE HOMICIDE?", this is impossibly depressing while still being kinda hilarious.

I do like the fact that they want the police to rule out "alternative possibilities". Which ones? Can we rule out death by evil, super-intelligent badger?

As a tip for these guys, when you're picking out a picture to use as your website's banner, try to avoid the one that makes him look like exactly the type of guy who would murder his family.

I just viewed the "Justice for Benoit" site.
And I thought the "Free Paris Hilton" sites were bad.
