With video of the poor guy being held above water long enough to die of hypothermia. It just seems so tragically stupid that rescue workers were there on the scene, and let him die because they couldn't figure out how to get him out of there. It's not like he was cut in half by a train or something; he had his foot caught in a grill. How many hours should have passed before they decided they're not gonna be able to cut through the bars, and to just amputate his foot instead?
