I’m still waiting for these promotions to actually go viral, in the sense that I contract some sort of disease that is intended to raise my awareness of a new flick. If they aren’t advertising to me on a cellular level, well, they’re just not trying hard enough.
But this is a phone call, so it’s definitely reaching you on a cellular level.

Give it time or maybe a Cronenberg. Perhaps when Brandon Cronenberg’s Anti-viral comes out, part of that advertising will be truly viral, especially given the flick’s about people infecting themselves with designer celebrity viruses. Seems like it would be a natural fit.
