There’s no actual footage of Michael Douglas or Matt Damon in this announcement teaser for HBO’s Behind The Candelabra, but it’s a key part of their marketing campaign to be sure.

The film hits May 26th and is the final filmmaking effort from Steven Soderbergh before his indefinite hiatus from the movie business, following his final feature Side Effects.

I know they think they are doing him honor, but Liberace was careful to keep his private life private. He was a great man and a genius, and I would hope that he is treated with the respect he deserves.
