If the intense nastiness that I saw following the very fun Hangover III teaser poster yesterday is any indication, Warner Bros. has some work to do convincing everyone except the enduring frat boys that another Hangover is worth their time.
Well, I’ve always said The Hangover franchise needed to get truly mean and ugly to be worthwhile, and this mostly jokeless teaser suggests that might be the direction. Seriously, there’s like three jokes in this thing- the rest is just promising that they’ll be… wrapping up the Hangover mythology? I don’t even know.
Imgur is not going to be happy with that giraffe joke.

Looks stupid and the giraffe joke seems fake and obvious…a mythology is a weird concept for the film to try and have considering that the first two are one joke premises that barely develop characters.
I have yet to see any of these films, and yes that makes me a better person than anyone who has.
P.S. Please don’t go see that dreadful looking Oz movie. The more shit you pay for, the more shit they will make.
Whoa! A random person on the internet just told everyone to not go see a movie. Clearly we need to listen. He explained that if a lot of people pay to see something, they’ll make other entries to generate more profit. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDN’T KNOW THIS?!
And apparently seeing or not seeing a movie determines what kind of person you are. A few years ago, I skipped out on going to see It’s Complicated, that rom com with Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin, with my family at Christmas time. So now I’m a better man than my father. And that’s all it took.
Lessons, man.
Wow, this trailer looks like everything I wanted from this. dark, dark and more DARK! Black Comedys are always my favorite but no one seems to have the balls to make a great one since, I dunno, HEATHERS? (seriously, re watching that 80’s sucker I’m almost in awe at how many suicide, teen killing spree, and high school shooting/bombing jokes they go full throttle with).
It’s not nice to kill a giraffe. 🙁

I came here to lambast this film as totally pointless and unnecessary but after seeing that trailer, HOT DAMN! I really want to see it!
