Aloha from Waikiki, friends. I don’t have a lot of time here on the computer (maybe later tonight I can tell you all how Waikiki is swarming with dipshits from the Midwest), but I saw this trailer and needed to share it with you. Under the Same Moon looks like the kind of cheesy shit that only gets a pass from the critical elite because it’s in a foreign language, but the new commercial for the illegal immigrant tearjerker – which will be playing in heavy rotation during Lou Dobb’s show on CNN – is so brilliant that I had to run it here. This is why Fox Searchlight is the company best at selling indie films to the masses.

As opposed to dipshits from the East coast. Aw hell, I just got baited.
Devin's sense of humor is stupid.
Devin strolling around on a Waikiki beach might be misconstrued as a marketing endeavor for promoting Grizzly Park.
I hope he shaves his back before venturing outside. A Wookiee on the beach has no place to hide.
I still think Janet Reno had no right to send Elian Gonzalez back to his father in Cuba. On a different note, I live by the border, and most of the Mexicans I know just complain about America. If they want jobs, why don't they complain to their political leaders?
I hate Lou Dobbs, but just because of this I'll actually tivo his show tonight just to see him berate it.
Devin, all of Hawaii is like that. It's the Hard Rock Cafe of archipelagic states.
But Lou Dobbs is married to a Mexican immigrant. He literally loves brown people!
He's scouting locations for Meg? Thinking of Ron?
This is kinda like when DePalma's anti-Iraq war film's trailer played on O'Reilley. I love when these assholes take advertising dollars that expose them for the hypocrites they are! Enjoy your trip, Devin.(Still enthusiasticly awaiting your next exploitation article)
C'mon. Honolulu is the main facefuck. The Big Island, Maui, Kauai. Far less mainland assholes. Fuck you Pussy Barber. She can do it herself.
You totally missed the point of the movie. I've seen it at 2 film festivals and the audiences LOVED it. The Mexican director and writer wanted to make a COMMERCIAL film. It's a story, dipshit. Know your players.
