Good Day!
Every Monday – Friday I’ll be syndicating a page from one of
several comic books I’ve been working on for the past year as CHUD’s
redesign came together [yeah, still working on that] in an effort to
make the site also be a haven for creative stuff that’s not just us
talking about movies and stuff but a place to share new stuff that
lives its own life. Stuff like my [hated] comic strip. Stuff like
CHUDstories [anyone want to spearhead that?]. Stuff like the Podcast
[which will be available to listen to directly off the site next week].
Stuff like some upcoming things we’ll be working on.
And stuff
like these comic books, which will run on CHUD.com for the duration of
their lives [and hopefully see print sooner than later]. You’ll be
seeing the comic books PAIN, The Crawl, The Bridger Adventures, This Hollow World, and possibly a few others.
Today, we feature Pain,
written by myself, penciled and inked by Xerx, colored by Simon O. Wright and Jose Vega and lettered by Simon O. Wright. I’m going to treat this like the
Sid & Marty Krofft and alternate between titles each day to
showcase the variety and allow the storylines to unfold at their own
pace. I really hope you like ’em. Also, I have hundreds of these pages
done so don’t be worried that this will disappear.

This page has the best art of the comic pages released thus far, but come on people. Simultaneously releasing 5 different comics one page at a time is ridiculous. You don't give us enough in one page to garner any interest whatsoever in the story, and by the time you release another page we'll have forgotten whatever the previous page contained.
I agree with poophat, please don't over extend yourself! Also, the artwork in this page is far superior to the previous comics. this one actually looks like it might be from a real-life published work!

We get it. This site hates its readers. We complain about Nick's shoddy comics, so he unloads every comic he ever created in a totally nonsensical, cluttered and site-consuming manner. LOL

With all the great comedies that have been released lately, and there have been many, I don't think anything makes me laugh harder than people ripping into Nick for his creative endeavors on this site. I'm wetting my pants here at work. You guys are ruthless. Hang in there Nick, if only so I have more priceless talkbacks to amuse me at lunch.
Nicko, you can't sell a comic book without showing the cover. Show us a cover. It's hard to take you seriously otherwise.

Since I am such an ass about your horribly shitty "Bitter end" i should be honest about this too. The art is really great. The writing is very meh. It takes a while to find your voice though, so i'll see how it goes. 1 page at a time though? seriously now…
Pain is a good title for your shitty comics. You should call all of them Pain. Or Shit. Suck works too. On another note, I hope you get cancer you fat greaseball.
