Were you looking forward to a Monday line-up of Joss Whedon’s new thriller, Dollhouse, and the return of 24? Fox wasn’t, apparently. According to James Hibberd’s LiveFeed website, Fox has announced its mid-season schedule and a few shake-ups are afoot. Dollhouse, which was set for that plum pre-24 Monday slot is instead relegated where genre shows (usually) go to die: Friday nights. Joining it there will be Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Instead, House will be jumping to Mondays with 24. Tuesdays will comprise freshman show, Fringe, the benefactor of a tasty American Idol lead in.
The new Tim Roth drama, Lie To Me, will get the Idol results show lead in on Wednesdays while Bones and Hell’s Kitchen will comprise the Thursday night line-up. Hole in the Wall will return to help kick off Fox’s new Sunday night Animation Domination slate. According to the story, Fox still has reservations about Dollhouse, which could have prompted the change. LiveFeed has the entire line-up and schedule as follows:

I liked Firefly, but I can't says as I really care.
Wtf? Poor Joss.Hopefully when it gets cancelled after a few episodes he won't ever work with FOX again. The same network who is making Seth McFarland buttloads of money….Dicks
Terminator and Dollhouse together on Fridays sounds perfect for shut in Sci-Fi geeks.
Joss is like an abused wife who keeps returning to her husband.
He has a multi-series developement deal with Fox singned may years ago. I get the sense that they are just riding out the clock with him after the monetary failure of Firefly. How many science-fiction shows not called Lost can you name that have been successful in the ratings in the past 10 years?
yea but lost sucks and firefly was gold….lost is like showing a little kid a puppy and then when he goes to pet it u yank it away
bones up against supernatural? or is supernatural from 9-10? ugh. my DVR is crowded on Thursdays already.
Comment #5, battlestar galactica? Supernatural? Lost? Stargate wtfever?
@6 That's a pretty good analogy, although, I'd take it step further and say Lost is like showing a little kid a puppy, promising that he can pet it, yanking it away, hiding it, and then telling the kid the puppy never existed.
