That’s your first look at one of the monsters from The Host 2. The sequel to the amazing Korean monster movie is underway right about now, but it turns out that this film is actually a prequel. It also features multiple monsters, thus allowing more mayhem.
Of course nobody from the original – not Bong Joon-Ho, not actors
Park Hae-Il and Song Kang-Ho and not even FX house The Orphanage – is coming back, so this film is a complete mystery when it comes to quality. And it might even be that the picture above is just an FX test. Still, I’m interested in seeing what these delightful South Koreans come up with next.
