No, but he will be joining the cast of Red, according to THR.com. Pic tells the tale of a former black ops agent (Bruce Willis), now in
retirement, who has to contend with younger, more high-tech assassins
who show up to kill him. McMahon would play a Vice President with a dark side who is at the center of a shadow conspiracy. McMahon will be added to the growing all-star cast of Willis, Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, John C. Reilly and Mary Louise Parker, as well Richard Dreyfuss, Brian Cox and 92-year-old Ernest Borgnine, who are all also in talks.
The project is based off of the Wildstorm/DC Comics miniseries and is being directed by Robert Schwentke (The Time Traveler’s Wife). Borgnine will play the keeper of the CIA’s darkest records, while
Dreyfuss will be a wealthy man who builds a fortune out of lucrative
government contracts. Cox is a former Cold War spy and nemesis of
Willis. Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian are producing, while Jon and Erich Hoeber
wrote the script. Filming starts early next
year.

I always feel like Julain McMahon is a huge arrogant asswipe. His success astounds me.
Does Bruce Willis pitch session consist of "Okay, so you are an old/retired (person of action who was highly decorated or respected) who has to stop a younger, smarter version of yourself, or people die. You will also be referred to as "old man, a relic, washed up, passed your prime" on several occasions.' So what do you think?"
As long as a bunch of motherfuckers get wasted it's all good. Whatever reminds me of the good old Die Hard days.
The script had a great first act and a lot of potential but ended up a middling bore.
No mention of Warren Ellis as the author? Come on!
He's apparently quite happy with the casting, by the way.

That's harsh, Demi, even for you.
Wasn't this one of the ideas for the next Rambo? Having him lead a high tech group of young mercs and then they fall back on his old school ways?
Sounds a little like Surrogates, eh Brucey? And wasn't that a big turkey?
never thought much of this guy as an actor and then i saw hid doctor doom.
now i dont think anything of him as an actor.

Are you fucking kidding me? The only thing about this that sounds ANYTHING like Surrogates is "starring Bruce Willis". Why do your parents allow you to use their computer?
