We’ve covered The Wolfman and its various ups and downs to the point
of exhaustion, so I’m going to drop the commentary on this fine holiday
of gluttony. I simply want to present to you a couple of posters that
have popped up around town- the first of which ranks among the most
badass posters I’ve seen this year. The marketing department is really
pulling their weight on this flick:

It's "its"
All I see in the second poster is Emily Blunt waiting for her gash register to be impaled by Wolfman's dong and nards.
I saw a screening of this a couple weeks ago. It was OK – not terrible, but not really engaging either. The gore was cool. Everybody performed well, but you never really cared one way or the other about anybody.
Ah but if the 'ups and downs' belong to The Wolfman then why can it not be 'it's'. Anyway, that's one nice looking poster. The other is just above average.
Because 'it's' does not imply ownership; it's a contraction of 'it is'.

JediBoobster, I am doing a very poor job of resisting the urge to kick you when you're down, here (or are you just really really funny?). I mean, you had to be on the fucking internet to make that comment. Researching your mistake before spewing it here would have been as easy as farting. And yes, I know it's Bobster. I really dig that first poster, but the second one is fairly unremarkable, in a Batman begins kind of a way.
I love the comments…they so kray-zee! Love the Disco Wolf look. Needs a shiny gold medallion though.
To #2, do Wolfmen have nards?
This movie gives me such a Van Helsing vibe. It's worrying.
Why is the release date on the poster as 12/02/10?
Err, how are these posters better than the Wolverine poster that was so ordinary too? (the standing screaming at the sky kind of shot). This film looks hairy in all the wrong ways….
