Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
Empire just debuted the international poster for Iron Man 2, so head on over there for the full look. It’s about as imaginative as the teaser poster we got but let’s be honest- they don’t need much to sell audiences on the film. It’s like those Spider-Man 2 and 3 posters- all you need is the character and a number, really.
Still, it would be nice for them to do a poster styled like a comic book for once…
Wonder if Tony forgot to drink his breakfast scotch on our messageboards.

I like the other poster, this one not so much.
Maybe he's upset because he finally realized how weak his origin story is….
Don't mind it. The other one with War Machine was better. I like Alex's idea of a comic stylized poster.
Problem is that the "Photoshop" look is now a legitimate visual style and the "Comic Book" style is considered a relic of pre-digital printing processes. Even book publishers don't really want "painted-looking" artwork for covers anymore. I think a movie poster selling a comic book derived story/character using an actual comic book style might actually confuse the public. The marketing department certainly couldn't get their head around it. I liked the "fashion spread" posters they did for the first one. Would be fun to see an expansion of that. Half-naked chick draped over the suit like it was the car in a high end magazine advert.
Ugh, they should just rename him Iron Meh on all of these uninspired posters.
