Looking at the new second trailer for From Paris With Love, I’m still trying to get a handle on if this is going to be a fresh and surprising sleeper, or if we’re headed for somewhere dangerously close to Chill Factor territory here. The fact that co-star Jonathan Rhys-Myers, who’s emerging from Tudor England after a couple of years for a taste of the modern life, looks like he could be Skeet’s little bro probably doesn’t aid the situation.
What I do know that if this film is half a fun as director Pierre Morel’s Taken was ass-kicking, then it definitely has more going for it than Travolta getting his best Caucasian Marvin Hagler on. You can head on over to Apple Trailers to catch it.

I still say this version of Travolta looks like Colin Farrell after a double dime on the yard. I wholeheartedly approve of the amount of gunfire on display. Hope it's better than Swordfish.
