IFC continues expanding their VOD platform with the release of Mutants next week. Starting February 10th you’ll be able to see the film from home via most every cable provider.
In a world devastated by a pandemic virus that turns human beings into
primitive and bloodthirsty creatures, Marco and Sonia set off to find a
secret base to escape from the “mutants”. When the latter attack them,
Marco is contaminated too. Little by little, he undergoes the same
changes. Sonia, who is expecting a baby, is then forced to fight her
worst enemy, the man she loves.
Directed by David Morlet, the French film is basically another post-apocalyptic zombie film, but considering the great films the French have been coming up with over the last few years (Inside, Martyrs, etc.) I can’t wait to see their take on the material. Check the trailer and decide for yourself.

Inside was "great"? As far as I could tell, it seemed to have the same problems that people constantly rag on American horror films for having, the worst of which being characters who behave like total idiots for no other point than keeping the movie from ending after 20 minutes.
Yeah, I've had dental work more pleasant than Martyrs or Inside. But, to each their own.
Is this something that you will be able to order over Xbox live?
Martyrs – great punchline, awful execution in getting there… I do appreciate the French for their nihilist bent on horror, though!
Martyrs was a bit overrated I thought but Inside was excellent, much like Ils and Frontiers.
Good, that means it should be showing on Netflix streaming soon too.

Got to say this dosen't look half bad. I enjoy myself some post apocalyptic zombie films and I enjoy those kooky frenchmen so Im sure this'll be fun.

Martyrs was good, Inside was great, and Frontiers was amazing. Not to mention Haute Tension, which is, well…..wow. The french are really on top of shit right now. I'll watch this for sure.
