Anyone out there in internetland know the story behind this video clip? It’s a bunch of kids on a stage recreating the end of Scarface, using popcorn instead of cocaine and the word ‘fudge’ instead of ‘fuck.’ And there’s a bunch of pop guns and laser guns as well. It looks like a school production of some sort, but my money is on a weird viral campaign – there’s no way this is real. It’s still funny, and kind of disarmingly cute.
Thanks to Mike Sampson for throwing it on his Twitter feed.

Whaaa????
Words cannot describe it… well, one thing I can describe: that kid at the end looks badass. Nuff said.
it looks like something the Onion would do. they've done wierd shit like this before
"i take your fudging bullets"…hahahaha
Coming up next:
Kids recreation of Tarkovsky's SACRIFICE.
I'm not really buying the performances here…. at all. Was Scarface cast simply because of his ethnic background and not his acting ability. The props? Don't even get me started. That "laser" gun in is not an effective replacement for a M16A1 Assault rifle with underslung 39mm Smoothbore grenade launcher, with a quadrant rear sight and flip up ladder front sight for the launcher. I mean really…
I'm sure I'd beat my kid if he ever did something like this. Unless it was Manos: The Hands of Fate or Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.
I'd beat your kid up if you let me, David.
looks more like an art project, kids growing up quick these days and all..
The World Is Yours!
Kids…As my brother says about his kids…there are future and we are doomed! 😉
Meh, needed more splatter. Supersoakers and Nerf guns at least. The little girl said "Coke" when it should have been "Corn" if they're going to follow through on the substance replacement theme. Where's the chainsaw scene? —-
@#11: "There are future"? I think we're already "fudged"…
Is this sorta like Bugsy Malone with Jodie Foster?
I swear the one woman who ushers the kid onto the stage looks like the teacher. Did this happen at a school? And what parent has their little girl onstage talking about coke? The their son ripping a little girl because she can't have kids (as in the movie)?
@#13 — No, more like Bugsy Malone with Scott Baio.
