The
CHUD Thinker is a puzzle,
rebus,
pictogram, visual riddle, or whatever you want to call
it.
Essentially there’s something in each individual picture
— whether
an object, person, emotion or action — that when combined
with the
other pictures will “sound out” the title of a movie. Sometimes
they’ll
be dead-on precise (syllabically speaking), other times a
little
more cryptic. But you’ll figure it out — you’re smart.
Started
a few years back by a Sewer Hall Of Famer for a brief run, The
CHUD
Thinker will now be
making
some semi-regular appearances whenever you need to have your
cortex
stimulated and neurons dusted off.

The first thing that popped into my head was Flight of the Navigator, but then I saw someone in the forum got there first. "Fly" of course – Colm Feore could be for "Thor", but depends on whether his last name is pronounced "Fee-Oar" or "Fee-Oary". "Egg" is in the wrong place though. Mr Football there might be Bart Starr according to a quick google? The chick seems familiar but I can't place here – if it was a pic of Anna Torv I may have been onto something.
Had another google – that #15 could be Dan Marino, so that gives us Fly + Tov? + Dan + Ova + Adar (BSG character?)
That #5 is Donovan McNabb.

I think my biggest problem is that I don't know who these obscure people are. Is that Imelda Marcos? Elizabeth Peña?
@#5: These are a test of your Geek Knowlege. Good work#4, it only sounds like someone with a mild cold saying the title out loud. Mr Cellophane in the forums guessed right first but his choice of sounds/syllables was headache inducing.
