THR.com is giving notice of the cast and some details of Woody Allen’s next film. The title is Midnight in Paris and it’s sporting the following notables: Owen Wilson, Marion
Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates, Michael Sheen, Nina Arianda, Tom
Hiddleston, Corey Stoll, Mimi Kennedy, Kurt Fuller and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. The romantic comedy is about a family travelling
to the French capital for business. The party includes a young
engaged couple forced to confront the illusion that a life
different from their own is better.
Letty Aronson, Steve Tenenbaum and Jaume Roures are producing the film, which starts shooting in Paris this summer. This is one of three films that MediaPro are financing, which includes Allen’s next film, You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger, due later this year. That film features Antonio Banderas, Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Freida Pinto, and Naomi Watts. A description on the film’s Facebook page (I got it at Wikipedia) has it as “a little romance, some sex, some treachery, and apart from that, a few
laughs. The lives of a group of people, whose passions, ambitions and
anxieties force them all into assorted troubles that run the gamut from
ludicrous to dangerous.”

Please be good. Please be good. Please be good. Please be good. Allen has one more great film left in him, I know it. But does he know it?
One more great film? Yea, we'll get it. After about 3 "ok" films and 5 "meh" films and 2 "jesus, will he retire already?" films. Woody will get to that great one. Just be patient. (verification attempt #5)
#2, I'm assuming that the CHUD guys are concentrating on the total revamp. Why bother fixing the verification if it's out the window soon?
