Pretty Woman 2.0 has a date with a knife, says Variety. She joins previously-mentioned candidates Hayden Panetierre and Rory Culkin, who are both now confirmed for the reboot. All the surviving cast members from the first three films, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, are already set, and Wes Craven is returning as producer-director, with Kevin Williamson back to script.
The plot is being keep hush hush and on the QT, although internet speculation is running rampant as to who the killer(s) will be, and which if any of the three originals will even survive the first five minutes. Meanwhile, Roberts is carving out her own niche in the family business, with recent roles in Nancy Drew, Hotel For Dogs, Valentine’s Day and also the upcoming Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac and 4.3.2.1.

God, I'm so fucking excited for this.
They kill the whole surviving cast members off in the opening scene. Then the film start it all over again with a new cast. Blah blah..Neve Campbell turns out to be the killer at the end. Waste of time.
Are you kidding me? I'd happily pay to see Neve Campbell kill everyone in this flick and then move from college town to college town becoming the world's most prolific serial killer in the epilogue.
Did she take the place of Ashley Greene? I hope not. I need every excuse possible to see Greene not in a Twilight movie. Also, EVERYONE seems to think that the old cast is going to die in opening and/or be the killer(s), could Williamson possibly known this and changed it up? No?
…really so unimaginative that the only possible explanations (months before filming even STARTS mind you) are that either A) Sidney's the killer or B) Sidney gets killed in the opening? Really?
Yet another must-miss from Craven. I can't wait to ignore the hell out if it.
Neve or one of the original cast has to be the killer. Because, seriously, as much as I love the original trilogy, you can only have but so many encounters with knife wielding masked killers before it becomes ridiculous. One of them has got to have gone crazy from the past. Just like there can be only but so many Die Hard movies. The situations start to repeat themselves very quickly.
