Lol Seth Rogen as a super hero is gonna kick ass!!!
Seriously. Me Likey.
I have a bad feeling about this.
whoa… hey. being way to positive here, aren't we guys? i mean, this is seth rogen. sure, he used to be funny when he nobody knew who he was, but now we're supposed to hate him, right? because he's successful now. and chud and devin love him. come on, cynical internet users!! don't forget why we come here in the first place!!!!
OH-My-GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDD!!!!! #troll2
Still can't believe he's lost weight; I keep expected the first picture to blow up with a chubby Rogen. However, I am glad he lost the weight.
Does anyone know who the villain is in this? A superhero movie is only as good as its villain. And this does look awesome, I am really interested to see this. I can even overlook my disdain for Seth Rogen, and if the story has a good hook, and if the acting is decently done, it has potential to be a good time. At least with Gondry at the helm, it should at least be equal parts visually interesting and surreal.
I approve.
Good for him. I trust Gondry, I can't wait for this.
The villain will be all of the blubber that Rogen got rid of. It will be a bit like The Blob and squelch around corridors after the Green Hornet, and it will probably smell of cheeseburgers.
Kato with a pistol?
Gondry might have something here, but two pictures don't give a whole lot to work with. Still Rogen looks good.
Agree with #12. Not much to say about these. But things look good so far. Only nit I will pick is…the running away from an explosion deal. Not to sound like a teenage girl, but "really?"
Usually I'd be worried the studio was releasing this in January, but after seeing the horrible shit the studios have tried to pass off as "blockbusters" this summer, I'm somehow reassured. Go Gondry.
The other day I was watching 'Pineapple Express' and I got to thinking I'd like to see Rogen play Switters in an adaptation of Tom Robbins' 'Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates.' When I originally read the book I kept picturing PSH as Switters, but now, I think Rogen would kill it.
doesn't anyone else see the gun Seth is carrying? What is that????
