ScreenGeek has the first look at the new Green Hornet international trailer, that gives first glimpses of Cameron Diaz and Christoph Waltz. The film stars Seth Rogen and Jay Chou as newspaper publisher, Britt Reid and his martial artist, crime fighting valet, Kato. Looks pretty good. The Green Hornet opens on January 14, 2011.

WOW does this look awful! How is Cameron Diaz still working? Can someone tell hollywood she is an old bag and retire her tired ass! Jesus she is like 40 now and in actress yrs that is like 101!
This trailer is more or less the exact same trailer that we've seen before.
Yes. Actresses should retire at 40. I agree with that, because I am also A COMPLETE FUCKING RETARD. THAT IS THE DUMBEST THING I'VE READ ALL DAY AND I HATE YOU FOR POLLUTING MY BRAIN WITH IT. Anyways, trailer looks cool, has potential at least.
First glimpses? Both Diaz and Waltz were all over the first trailer, too, dude.
Diaz isn't old and is actually pretty decent looking but she's just boring. I don't see from the trailer what she brings to this picture. Looks like the same old shtick. Rogen too.
The Diaz issue aside: I really want to like this movie, but the more footage I see the more difficult it becomes. Hm.
#3 lets cut chudfan a little slack. It's obvious he's only 11 or 12, which makes him inherently retarded. He just doesn't know any better. As far as "The Green Hornet" goes, the movie has potential up the wazoo both in front and behind the camera. I'll never understand this Seth Rogen backlash. The dude hasn't dropped the ball yet. Rogen's been funny in every movie he's been. I think fanboys and internet dwellers hate to see their own make it.
hmm Rogen, Diaz.. yeah, I won't be watching this.
Gee, look, Seth Rogen playing Seth Rogen. Again.
Why would anyone point a gun at their face and pull the trigger? What a horrible setup for a pratfall. Does his character have down syndrome?
"Rogen's been funny in every movie he's been in." I didn't think Green Hornet was supposed to be a slapstick comedy.
Back in China, Jay Chou does Yogurt advertisements. In a half-hour block, you might that ad 10 times. Every time I see Jay Chou, I'm reminded of fucking yogurt. He also advertises milk tea, coca-cola, biscuits, computers, and just about everything ever manufactured in China.
#11, then why does every want to hate it so much?
Why is the name of the hotel in the opening shot upside down?
This actually looks like fun. The problem: I can't believe a slacker trust fund kid can become a physically agile crime-fighter (unless he trains for years…? Doesn't appear that way in the trailer). I'll probably check this out, anyway. I'm curious to see what Gondry can do with a relatively big budget.
