I won’t lie: I’m fairly sick of Star Wars. And then MondoTees goes and gets a license from Lucasfilm to make Star Wars posters and they remind me, in their first two releases, about the shabby but delightful aspects of the original film that I loved. Their first poster (now long sold out) was of the adorable Gonk droid. They’ve followed it up with this Tusken Raider poster. Anybody else would have come out the gate with Boba Fett or Darth Vader, but these Mondo guys are real, serious geeks and know their stuff.
This will sell out and will sell out fast. There are only 350 printed. They cost a measly 50 bucks. Click here to buy.

yay. shit to buy.
please, sell me more shit.
only 50 bucks.
dude, #1. Just don't but it if you're that annoyed. I like Geek Chic. Whatever happened to the shrinking wallet articles, those ruled too!
man, mondotees has bled that artistic style dry…every piece they come out with looks exactly the same, with the exact same color scheme…its like the tired old concept that the alamo drafthouse uses for the posters…i love the place, but the idea of throwing a bunch of characters onto a crowded poster and de-saturating the colors got really old
Anyone who is contemplating this purchase – check with your mom first. Make sure she doesn't mind that you'll be putting thumbtacks into the basement wall to display it.
Devin is sick of Star Wars? I hadn't heard! Except for every article relating to Star Wars that he rights. I really liked the one he did a couple of years ago where he said Star Wars wasn't really an important film and wouldn't be remembered in the future. Delusions are fun!
Already out
that has to be the worst tusken drawing i've ever seen. what's with him eating the resperator around his neck?
