Summit Entertainment has just released a new trailer for its upcoming actioner, Red, which is over at YouTube. Starring Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, John Malkovich, Karl Urban, Ernest Borgnine (Ernest Borgnine?!) and Mary-Louise Parker, Red follows Frank Moses (Willis), a former black-ops CIA agent, is now living a quiet life. That is, until the day a hi-tech assassin shows up intent on killing him. With his secret identity compromised and his love interest in danger, Frank must reassemble his old team to figure out who is out to get them.
Looks like fun. Great to see Malkovich getting to ham it up and Bruce doing his usual thing. Personally, though, I was sold when I found out Helen Mirren was in it and packing heat. For some reason though, whenever I saw Ernest Borgnine, I kept expecting to hear him say, “String, let’s go get the Lady…” Anyway, Red is directed by Robert Schmentke and opens on October 10th.

This could go either way but it looks fun. I'm still disappointed in the PG-13 rating.
This could be a lot of fun- I hope they clean up that CGI of Willis stepping out of the car mid-slide though.
Is it me or does DC have way better movies than Marvel? Maybe it's just because DC is a better source for movie adaptations.
This looks pretty good fun, hell of a cast and nice to see Mirren in there – it's not a role I would have expected from her, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it.
Airwolf…..nice.
