From what I've seen and read about this movie, it somewhat reminds me of the Gate, a movie that scared the shit out me as a kid. Looking forward to something different in the horror department, keep it up.

While that trailer was nothing but darkness and whispery voices it was good, then it all went a bit standard (those big blockbustery letters are NOT scary at all) then the ending was your standard sheet-based scare.

Nick, everything you do is amazing! I wasn't sure if this was going to be great but if you say it will be, then it will be! It looks really scary and I love being terrified at the movies! I'm on Team Nick!

Fun old school horror to me. I loved the original film (eat that haters;) Sorry in that sort of mood. You do some nice call backs to the original with the darkness, voices, etc. Yet it looks like enough changes and expanding of the story to be it's own thing. I can't wait for the arrival of it!

you guys need to stop acting like this is the greatest thing ever just because the owner of a good movie site produced it. the trailer made it look completely standard and guillermo is a mediocre director and an even worse producer. i'll wait for the dvd, in the event that i do ever get around to watching this.

January release date…. JANUARY. That tells you all you need to know. You can skip the trailer (and nearly all of the fucking poster). Jesus.
