Danny Boyle has no problem taking on challenging projects, and making an
“action movie where the hero can’t move” and will make you
“want him to cut his arm off by the end” certainly ranks among them. The
first images from 127 Hours (which apparently has minimal dialogue),
have arrived online from Entertainment Weekly and show star James
Franco as the rock-climbing and self-amputating Aron Ralston, who made
headlines when he escaped from being trapped under a boulder by fucking
off his right arm with a Swiss Army knife.
The film will likely debut at Toronto, but we’ll keep you up to date on it’s wider distribution plans.

Its funny when you say "fucking off his right arm" because Boyle fucked off the chances of Sunshine being the next great space movie since 2001 by having that blurry man shit running around.
Well, here's hoping Danny Boyle doesn't fuck off the movie by adding hallucinations of giant purple beasts or some shit towards the end. Or by sending Franco to Robot Heaven, Michael Bay style.
dude, I see what you were going for there and all but, damn…that was a clunky comment.
Sounds like my kind of movie. Toronto always has the best stuff.
"It's" distribution, Renn? Really?
Yeah that was a very clunky comment #1. Kind of embarrassing too. Stay away from the 'net for a while and get some rest.
"by having that blurry man shit running around." love that part of the movie. Cerebral and bone crushingly brutal at the same time. Would you rather he meet The Architect?
I'll say it now: Best Actor nominated James Franco.
