The first clip from Devil has hit the net via MTV and well, let’s just hope that the buildup makes sense in the film. A quick clip of a few jump scares perhaps isn’t the best way to demonstrate how creepy this one is- it just looks people being overly hysterical in an elevator.
The poster is certainly cool and they’re smart to start relying less on Shyamalan’s producer credit (Did everyone laugh when his name came up during the trailer in your theater? They did in mine.) The directors of Quarantine certainly have shown they can make a competent horror flick, so we’ll see what happens when Devil hits theaters on September 17th.

Everyone laughed HARD! He has turned himself into a pretty funny joke. I think this will be the worst movie he has had his name on, and that's saying something.
The best part of the trailer was the screen grab before you clicked "play".
