We told you about FearNET‘s new show Zombie Roadkill last December, and now that there’s some footage to go with the project… well, it’s just as silly as you’d expect.
Ghost House Pictures is behind the project, with Thomas Haden Church starring as a park ranger who is pretty well-equipped to deal with the newly undead (and partially squashed) creatures on a stretch of highway. He teams up with a teen played by David Dorfman along the way and both appear to be having quite a bit of fun fighting off zombie squirrels and the like.
Zombie Roadkill will debut on FearNET on October 4th and hit their new linear channel mid-October. The FearNET channel itself is going to kick things off on October 1st so this seems pretty much like the flagship show for the station.

I still haven't forgiven Church for his shitty version of Sandman. I hope he dies a violent death for ruining a character I dearly loved in the comics.
Yes, he fucked up THE SANDMAN from Spiderman 3. Good reason to not give his work a chance, screw Sideways and Broken Trail.
